You will find that our staff is qualified, friendly, loving, and enthusiastic about their work with children. Each staff member has received various child care trainings, is First Aid/CPR certified, and has passed an extensive background check.
As owner/operator, Ms. Rubye has over 20 years of professional experience working with children.
From supervising a summer youth program to teaching at SIU-Head Start, to finally beginning her own early childhood program, she has demonstrated her commitment to children for over two decades.
Ms. Rubye has obtained her ECE Credential, Infant and Toddler Credential as well as her Director's Credential. She has obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood.

Miss Jamie joined our team in 2009.
Since joining our team, she has obtained her Early Childhood Education (ECE) Credential Level 2.
She has also taken several ECE college courses.

Miss Ashley joined our team in 2015.
She came to us with 2 years of ECE classroom experience.
Since joining, Miss Ashley has obtained her Child Development Association (CDA) Credential™, and is now working towards her ECE Credential Level 1.
Mr. James has been a volunteer team member since the start of our program.
He has obtained various unrelated degrees and has undergone countless trainings.
